At ZD-pro RC (operated by HONG KONG WISDOM SHIELD TRADING LIMITED), we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1.Return Policy
Eligibility:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or neglect.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories.
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
2.Refund Policy
Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timing:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- We may issue partial refunds for items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Customer Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns:
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) or freight collect returns. Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at supportrc@zd-pro.com before returning. We will provide instructions and may cover return shipping costs in these specific cases.
4.Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same one, please contact us at supportrc@zd-pro.com.
5. Return Instructions
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at supportrc@zd-pro.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions and the correct address.

7.Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe (7-14 business days after approval), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at supportrc@zd-pro.com.
