Warranty
1. Limited Warranty Policy
All RC cars and boats come with a 30‑day limited manufacturer warranty from delivery date. This warranty only covers factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Warranty does NOT cover:
• Damage from crashes, drops, collisions or rough off‑road use
• Water damage on non‑waterproof models
• Units modified or disassembled by the customer
• Normal wear‑and‑tear parts: tires, body shells, gears, brush motors
• Damage caused by incorrect charging, wrong batteries or operator error
For valid warranty claims, we will offer replacement parts, and do not guarantee full‑unit replacement.
2. Quality Assurance
Every RC toy undergoes strict factory testing before shipment. We recommend inspecting products within 48 hours of delivery and contacting supportrc@zd-pro.com immediately for quality documentation requests.

4.Repair Services (Optional)
Customers may request paid repair services by:

- Shipping products to:UNIT 15, R/F, KAM TEEM IND BUILDING,135 CONNAUGHT RD WEST, SAI YING PUN HONG KONG
5.Limitation of Liability
ZD-pro RC shall not be liable for:
- Consequential damages from product use
- Modifications by unauthorized third parties
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or extreme environments
