FAQ

1. Limited Warranty Policy
All RC cars and boats come with a 30‑day limited manufacturer warranty from delivery date. This warranty only covers factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Warranty does NOT cover:
• Damage from crashes, drops, collisions or rough off‑road use
• Water damage on non‑waterproof models
• Units modified or disassembled by the customer
• Normal wear‑and‑tear parts: tires, body shells, gears, brush motors
• Damage caused by incorrect charging, wrong batteries or operator error
For valid warranty claims, we will offer replacement parts, and do not guarantee full‑unit replacement.

2. What to do if my RC breaks?

1. Contact customer support with your order number, clear photos and videos of the issue.
2. Our team will verify if the issue qualifies for warranty service.
3. If confirmed as a factory defect, we will provide free replacement parts plus technical guidance.
4. All shipping costs for replacement parts are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not offer physical unit repair service. Buyers install replacement parts following our guidance.

3. Return & Exchange Rules

All returns require an RMA authorization number from customer support before sending items back. Packages without an RMA number will be refused.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• We only accept returns for dead‑on‑arrival factory defects, wrong items or missing original accessories.
• Returned goods must be complete, unmodified, with original packaging and free of crash or usage damage.
• Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Returns will be denied for:
• Change‑of‑mind, dissatisfaction due to difficulty of operation or skill‑level issues
• Damage from crashes, misuse, modification or water exposure
• Consumable parts worn out from use

4. US‑Order Taxes & Duties

US orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered‑at‑Place) terms.
Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, import duties and customs brokerage fees upon delivery.
Tax charges are set by local customs regulations and are out of our control. We will not reimburse any customs‑related fees. Please check local import rules before ordering.

Operating Guide

• Battery Installation: Open the car body battery compartment, place the matched 7.4V lithium battery in position, and connect the power plug firmly. Close the compartment cover to fix the battery stably before use.
• Device Pairing: Turn on the power switch of the remote control first, then turn on the car power. The 2.4GHz system will complete automatic pairing within a few seconds without extra operation.
• Charging Instructions: Use the supporting USB charger for charging. Disconnect the battery from the car body before charging. Stop charging in time once fully charged to avoid long-term overcharging.
• Usage Notes: Use on flat and gentle off-road surfaces such as grass, sand and gravel roads. Avoid collision with hard obstacles and long-time use on severely rugged roads to protect the vehicle structure.
• Storage Method: Disconnect the battery and store the vehicle in a dry and ventilated environment when not in use for a long time.
