FAQ

1. Limited Warranty Policy
All RC cars and boats come with a 30‑day limited manufacturer warranty from delivery date. This warranty only covers factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Warranty does NOT cover:
• Damage from crashes, drops, collisions or rough off‑road use
• Water damage on non‑waterproof models
• Units modified or disassembled by the customer
• Normal wear‑and‑tear parts: tires, body shells, gears, brush motors
• Damage caused by incorrect charging, wrong batteries or operator error
For valid warranty claims, we will offer replacement parts, and do not guarantee full‑unit replacement.

2. What to do if my RC breaks?

1. Contact customer support with your order number, clear photos and videos of the issue.
2. Our team will verify if the issue qualifies for warranty service.
3. If confirmed as a factory defect, we will provide free replacement parts plus technical guidance.
4. All shipping costs for replacement parts are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not offer physical unit repair service. Buyers install replacement parts following our guidance.

3. Return & Exchange Rules


All returns require an RMA authorization number from customer support before sending items back. Packages without an RMA number will be refused.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• We only accept returns for dead‑on‑arrival factory defects, wrong items or missing original accessories.
• Returned goods must be complete, unmodified, with original packaging and free of crash or usage damage.
• Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. US‑Order Taxes & Duties

US orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered‑at‑Place) terms.
Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, import duties and customs brokerage fees upon delivery.

Operating Guide

Pre-Play Preparation

  1. Power supply for remote controller: Place 2 AA batteries into the pistol remote slot correctly, note positive and negative poles (AA batteries are not included in package).
  2. Vehicle battery installation: Open the quick-release battery compartment on the car body, put the matched 3.7V 300mAh lithium battery in place and fix the buckle tightly.
  3. Frequency binding sequence: Turn on the power switch of the RC car first, then activate the remote controller. The device will finish automatic signal pairing within seconds.

Post-Operation Storage Steps

  1. Shutdown order: Power off remote controller first, then turn off the vehicle main power.
  2. Battery maintenance: Remove the lithium battery from the car if the product will not be used for more than 3 days.
  3. Charging rule: Connect the USB charging cord to standard 5V power source for charging when power is low, stop charging once fully charged.
